Who can activate a custom theme
According to the Zid Help Center, custom themes are available on Zidās Pro plan or higher. On a lower plan, you can buy Zidās ācustom themeā service instead of upgrading.
The service renews every year
Zidās custom theme service is valid for one year from purchase. If it is not renewed, the custom theme is removed and the default theme is applied. We cost this in with you before any private theme project.
CSS on Zid
Zidās plan comparison lists CSS interface customization on its Growth and Pro plans, not on Starter or Rise. That is where we style buttons, product cards, product pages and the cart page.
The one page we cannot access is the checkout page. Zid runs it.

Public vs private Zid themes
A public theme is listed in the Zid Theme Store for every merchant, and you can preview it on a demo store before choosing. A private theme is built for one store and nobody else sees it. Zid themes are built with the Jinja templating language, per Zidās developer docs.

How do I order?
Pick a package and press "Buy now", then send your name, WhatsApp number, store URL and email, and pay with Apple Pay or card. Prefer to talk first? Press "Request a quote" and we will contact you on WhatsApp.
When do I pay?
Fixed-price packages are paid online when you order, with Apple Pay or card, and the receipt goes to your email. Quote requests are free to send: we send payment details once we have agreed the details. Pro: paid in 3 instalments, 50% when you order, 30% on design approval and 20% on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Starter: 3 working days, Growth: 6 working days, Pro: 10 working days. The clock starts once the order is confirmed and we have what we need from your store.
How is the final price set?
The price shown is where it starts. We send your final quote on WhatsApp within 24 hours, with cost and timeline, before any work starts.
I'm not sure which plan fits. What should I do?
Choose "Not sure yet" in the order form and we will recommend a plan after reviewing your store.
