Choose a free or paid theme from the Salla Theme Store and buy it for your store; we customize it. A paid theme is paid to Salla and its developer, not included in our packages.

When no ready-made theme fits, we design and build one for your brand with Salla’s theme tools (Twilight). From SAR 3,999, priced after a discovery call.
We build the Nemaa theme, available in the Salla Theme Store, so we know how Salla themes work from the inside.

The one page we cannot access is the checkout page. Salla runs it, and themes cannot change it.
What your Salla plan must include
What can be customized depends on your Salla plan, so every order starts with a plan and theme check.
Salla’s design editor
Logo, colors, fonts, home page sections and menus are set in Salla’s store design settings. Most of Starter happens here.
CSS and JavaScript
According to the Salla Help Center, customizing a theme with code needs the Pro or Special plan and a custom domain. That covers the light CSS in Growth and the full CSS pass and coded section in Pro.
What cannot change
The checkout page is run by Salla. A paid theme’s source code belongs to its developer, so we work through the theme’s options and Salla’s tools.
If part of your package needs a higher Salla plan, we tell you before any work starts and agree the alternative with you.

Do I need a specific Salla plan?
Branding, colors, fonts, home page sections and menus are set in Salla’s design editor. Customizing a theme with CSS or JavaScript needs, according to the Salla Help Center, the Pro or Special plan and a custom domain. We check your plan before we start and tell you what it allows.
How much does Salla store design cost?
Our customization packages are SAR 499, 999 and 1,799. A custom theme starts from SAR 3,999 depending on scope. Prices exclude your Salla subscription and any paid theme.
Can you customize the product, cart and checkout pages?
We customize product pages in Growth and Pro, and the cart page with CSS in Pro. The checkout page is the one page we cannot access, because Salla runs it.
Can I switch themes later without losing the customization?
The customization belongs to the theme we did it on. If you move to another theme, some or all of it has to be redone, so pick your theme before you order.
How do I order?
Pick a package and press "Buy now", then send your name, WhatsApp number, store URL and email, and pay with Apple Pay or card. Prefer to talk first? Press "Request a quote" and we will contact you on WhatsApp.
When do I pay?
Fixed-price packages are paid online when you order, with Apple Pay or card, and the receipt goes to your email. Quote requests are free to send: we send payment details once we have agreed the details. Pro: paid in 3 instalments, 50% when you order, 30% on design approval and 20% on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Starter: 3 working days, Growth: 6 working days, Pro: 10 working days. The clock starts once the order is confirmed and we have what we need from your store.
How is the final price set?
The price shown is where it starts. We send your final quote on WhatsApp within 24 hours, with cost and timeline, before any work starts.
I'm not sure which plan fits. What should I do?
Choose "Not sure yet" in the order form and we will recommend a plan after reviewing your store.
